Nature journaling - Session 2
We're running free online nature journaling sessions every Wednesday afternoon throughout learning from home.
Each week has a different theme, so students can attend one, some or all of the sessions. Sessions are targeting primary school students. Siblings and families are welcome to join.
We'll continue to send a newsletter out each week, but are also including up-to-date information on a new Google Site - Nature journaling. So feel free to share this newsletter and/or the site with your students, colleagues and community.
Session 2 will focus on wildlife. We're asking students to spend some time outside before the session to look for wildlife, such as birds, insects or lizards. They can observe and photograph or video to bring to the session. If you need some activities to help your students explore and discover living things in their environment, check out the Environmental and Zoo Education Centres learning from home hub. Search by stage to find a suitable resource.
When:
- Wednesday 28 July
- 2:00 - 2:45 pm
