Fieldwork programs

Please select the Stage at left to view more detail about programs.

Our qualified and highly experienced DoE teachers facilitate hands-on fieldwork. Select from our popular syllabus-based programs (choose relevant stage at left for details) or contact staff for a customised experience. For high quality syllabus outcome driven school excursions book with us!

All programs address the NSW NESA syllabuses for the Australian Curriculum.

Fieldwork can be completed in a range of ecosystems both in the Royal National Park and surrounds. Popular sites include:

Mangroves                                       Bonnie Vale

Woodlands                                       Honeymoon Track; Temptation Creek; Winifred Falls; Karloo Pools

Note: Coastal sites, like Wattamolla, are particularly spectacular during peak whale migration (June-July), as are heath sites in springtime flowering.

We can also support teachers in delivering fieldwork at sites on or near school grounds.
