Wellbeing in nature
Our Wellbeing in nature program is designed for K-12 students and aligns with the NSW Wellbeing Framework to foster resilience, connection, and mental health.
The program is taught by our deditcated NSW Department of Education teachers and is differentiated to suit the needs of different stages.
Activities may include:
- Nature journaling
- Forest bathing
- Nature art
- Bushwalking
- Mindfulness activities
- Sensory activities
- Nature photography
By participating in our Wellbeing in nature program, students will develop life skills in a supportive, nurturing environment.
