Reids Flat is approximately 4 km from the Farnell Avenue entry of the Royal National Park:

  • turn into Farnell Avenue from the Princes Highway
  • continue down Farnell Avenue/Audley Road, descending toward the river
  • before Audley Weir, turn left onto Riverside Drive
  • continue 500 m to Reids Flat carpark
  • park and disembark students

Bus parking is available. Please confirm the bus company is able to drop off and pick up at Reids Flat. Longer buses may not be able to access the site.

Bushwalk 1 km return walk along a fire trail and track to a rainforest grove. The walk is level and follows the edge of the river. There are uneven and rocky surfaces.
